Due to the nature of the products, we are not accepting returns for opened packages and used product.
REFUND POLICY
If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us. We will send you a prepaid label for the return and will re-ship your correct order immediately.
*Contact us at this email address: support@beautymaximus.com Include your name & address, the date of your order, order number and tell us which Product you would like to return. Not all products can be returned, some are not returnable under any circumstances.
*Returns must be made within 10 days of your delivery date if you are requesting a refund.
RETURNS
***Refunds or replacements will be issued only upon our receipt of the returned Product in unused, original condition in the original packaging and with all original labels, tags attached and with original security seals intact.
*We will only issue a refund or replacement once the original Product has been received by us, thoroughly inspected and photo documented to ensure that it complies with these Terms.
