Terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy:
We do NOT ship to a shipping address that is different from the billing address. Both addresses must be the same.
Orders are processed within 48 hours on working business days Monday - Friday. Federal holidays are excluded.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping time is an estimate, we cannot guarantee it. Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our control. Shipping companies may occasionally face delays or get really busy, which can i crease the waiting time for a package to be delivered.
We cannot speed up the process for receiving a package after it is in the hands of the post office. If you need something urgently or by a specific deadline, we highly recommend choosing the express shipping option instead.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
If we encounter any problem with your order or address, we will contact you via email or telephone. If there is no reply received within 3 days, the order will be cancelled and your original payment method will receive a refund.
Shipping rates & services
Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note we do not control shipping prices and they may change and fluctuate again any moment.

*Overnight delivery is available for all orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States for an extra charge.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, even with express or overnight delivery. We cannot control this.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive an email once your order has shipped. It will contain your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged or lost packages
beautymaximus.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order and find that it is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package was lost during shipping, please file a claim with shipping carrier.
Incorrect or insufficient address
It is completely on the customer to provide the correct shipping address.
If you find that you made a mistake, please immediately message us after placing the order. You can message us through our chat or send an email, please be sure to provide your order number and correct shipping address. We will do our best to accommodate if the package has not yet been shipped.
If your package was returned to us because of an insufficient address, we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost and we will re-ship your returned package.
